Private General Practitioner consultations are available only to patients not registered (or wishing to be seen) under the NHS with Newington Surgery. All of the usual General Medical Practice services are offered and availability extends to those who may have difficulty in making appointments at appropriate times or at short notice elsewhere as well as overseas visitors.

Pre-employment, Insurance and other Private Medical examinations (HGV etc.) can be arranged in the surgery. These services are not provided under the NHS and a charge is payable. In addition a range of other private services is available and the fees for some of these are detailed below. Fees for services not listed are available on request from the Practice Manager. All charges are in Pounds Sterling and may be settled by card, cash or cheque. Fees for the undernoted services may be subject to change so please enquire at reception for the current charge.
